Inviting Members
Add team members by sending email invitations.
Sending Invitations
- Go to "Teams" > Your Team
- Click "Members"
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Click "Send Invitation"
Invitation Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, waiting for response |
| Accepted | User joined the team |
| Expired | Invitation not accepted in time |
| Declined | User declined the invitation |
Invitation Expiration
- Invitations expire after 7 days
- You can resend expired invitations
- Users can accept from the email link
Managing Pending Invitations
View Pending Invitations
- Go to "Teams" > Your Team > "Members"
- Click "Pending" tab
- See all outstanding invitations
Resend Invitation
- Find the pending invitation
- Click "Resend"
- A new email is sent
Cancel Invitation
- Find the pending invitation
- Click "Cancel"
- Confirm cancellation
Bulk Invitations
Invite multiple people at once:
- Click "Invite Member"
- Click "Bulk Invite"
- Enter multiple emails (one per line)
- Select a role for all
- Click "Send Invitations"
What Invitees See
When someone receives an invitation:
- Email with team name and inviter
- Link to accept the invitation
- Option to create an account if needed
Accepting an Invitation
For the invitee:
- Click the link in the invitation email
- Log in or create an account
- You're added to the team

- Use work email addresses
- Assign appropriate roles
- Follow up on pending invitations
- Keep your team member list current
Troubleshooting
Invitation Not Received
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address is correct
- Resend the invitation
- Ask them to add wizchat.com to allowed senders
Can't Accept Invitation
- Verify the invitation hasn't expired
- Ensure they're using the correct email
- Have them try a different browser
