Appearance & Branding

Make your chatbot match your brand identity.

Upload your company or product logo:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Appearance"
  2. Click "Upload Logo"
  3. Select an image file (PNG, JPG, SVG)
  4. Click "Save"

Recommendations:

  • Format: PNG or SVG
  • Size: At least 200x200 pixels
  • Background: Transparent works best

Colors

Customize the color scheme:

Using Brand Colors

Enter your brand colors as hex codes (e.g., #7c3aed) or use the color picker.

Chat Bubble

Configure the chat bubble that launches the chatbot:

  • Position - Bottom right, bottom left
  • Size - Small, medium, large
  • Icon - Custom icon or default chat icon
  • Color - Match your primary brand color

Favicon

Set a custom favicon for deployed chatbots:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Appearance"
  2. Upload a favicon (ICO, PNG)
  3. Click "Save"

Recommended size: 32x32 or 64x64 pixels

Customize the greeting users see when opening the chat:

Hello! I'm here to help you with any questions about our products.
What can I help you with today?

Suggested Questions

Add suggested questions that appear when users open the chat:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Appearance"
  2. Add up to 4 suggested questions
  3. Click "Save"

Example suggestions:

  • "What are your pricing plans?"
  • "How do I get started?"
  • "What features are included?"

Preview

Use the preview feature to see changes before saving:

  1. Make your changes
  2. Click "Preview" to see how it looks
  3. Adjust as needed
  4. Click "Save" when satisfied
